Beeza was born in Boston, MA raised with her 3 older sisters by a vocalist father and political activist mother. During her youth she was exposed to all forms of music and instinctively knew it as her first love. In the 90’s she began doing promotions for Columbia records as part of their Boston street team. She was later hired to develop and manage a street team of her own for Arista, Def Jam, Interscope, and many others. As Promotions Coordinator, she worked promoting and hosting events for a variety of artists including Nas, 2Pac, The Notorious B.I.G, Snoop Dogg and countless other entertainment heavyweights.

During the same time she landed an internship at 104.9 WRBB learning the ropes she got her own weekly spot as a radio DJ. As a result she was then introduced to BNN where she co-hosted and produced shows for Video flava, a music video production aired on Boston Neighborhood Television (BNN).

As an extension of her interest in music and entertainment, Beeza had the opportunity to become an artist herself – doing some print work modeling and being featured in music videos singing, dancing and rapping. With her incredible voice, she agreed to cut a single with UK music producers “Prophets From Beyond” to create a blend of vocal house music. Even though she was successful in these projects, she eventually realized that she found it more rewarding to work behind the scenes.

Online radio became her next endeavor as she created her own radio show (You Ain’t Ready – and equal opportunity radio show) returning to her 1st love to promote talented people in the music industry and beyond, who were not being exposed to a wider audience, creating an outlet of creative expression with exclusive interviews of musicians and artists
